We show up to your event, finish roasting the pig, carve it and serve it buffet style. There is a 90 minute service time included. We provide staff to setup, serve and cleanup/break down the buffet. Wait staff available to clear plates, clean tables , etc for $20/hr(4hr minimum, travel time included)
